Confidential Virtual Addiction Treatment for Healthcare Workers
The prevalence of Substance Use Disorders (SUD) has increased as a result of both the ongoing opioid crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic. ALAViDA is making their new TRAiL digital alcohol reduction program program available to help address the growing risk of SUD during these challenging times.
The result is a new collaboration with Canada’s Digital Technology Supercluster, Fraser Health Authority, Simon Fraser University and the University of British Columbia.
In collaboration with DHC, this team is validating the effectiveness of the TRAiL program with 30,000 frontline healthcare workers in the province of B.C.
